Effective from 2026-09-26 (enacted 2026-09-01, revision v1.2)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of BestTurn Inc. (the "Company") and users in relation to the airport VIP escort service and related ancillary services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the VIP escort service provided by the Company within the airport and its ancillary services.
  2. "User" means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.
  3. "Booker" means a person who applies for the Service and pays the fee, who may differ from the User actually receiving the Service.
  4. "Vehicle arrangement service" means the service by which the Company, at the User’s request, books and arranges a vehicle on behalf of the User with a transportation operator.
  5. "Transportation operator" means an operator that holds the licence required by applicable law and actually provides the transportation service.

  • Meeting on arrival at the airport and assistance with baggage
  • Assistance with check-in at the airline counter and updates on progress
  • Accompaniment through departure immigration with guidance on congestion and expected waiting time
  • Guidance to the lounge (where the User holds eligibility) and escort to the boarding gate

3. Fast track and other priority processing services are available only to users who meet the eligibility requirements set by the authorities, and the Company does not guarantee their availability.

Article 4 (Nature of the Vehicle Arrangement Service)

1. The vehicle arrangement service is a service by which the Company books and arranges a vehicle with a transportation operator at the User’s request.

2. The Company is not a transportation operator and does not itself provide transportation services. The transportation service is provided by a licensed transportation operator on its own responsibility.

The Company is liable only where it has acted with intent or negligence in the course of booking and arrangement.

4. Fees, cancellation rules and refund criteria for the vehicle arrangement service follow those set by the transportation operator, and the Company informs the User of them in advance.

Article 5 (Formation of a Booking)

1. A booking is formed when the User applies in accordance with the Company’s procedure and the Company accepts the application and sends a confirmation. A booking request submitted on the website constitutes an application and does not by itself confirm a booking.

2. The Company may decline or defer acceptance in the following cases.

  1. The application contains false or erroneous information
  2. No staff are available to provide the service at the requested time
  3. There is any other technical or operational impediment to providing the service

Article 6 (User Obligations)

1. The User must provide accurate information necessary for the service, including the flight number, departure and arrival times, terminal and number of passengers.

2. Where the service cannot be provided because information supplied by the User was incorrect or withheld, this is treated as a cancellation attributable to the User under Article 8.

3. The User must meet the greeter at the agreed place and time and must notify the Company without delay if this becomes impossible.

4. Where the User provides the Company with the personal information of a third party, such as an accompanying person or an employee, the User warrants that lawful consent has been obtained and bears responsibility for any related dispute.

Article 7 (Fees and Payment)

1. Fees are as published by the Company on its website and sales channels. Amounts shown on the website are guide prices based on standard conditions; the final amount is confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

2. Fees are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at payment.

3. Vehicle arrangement fees are calculated separately from escort fees and follow the rates set by the transportation operator. Out-of-pocket costs such as parking are charged separately.
